These terms are between you and Birchstone Advisory LLC, doing business as Growth Partner Works.
What you're buying
The Growth Audit is a one-time, $49 report on your business's public online presence: website, mobile speed, listings, conversion, visibility to AI search, reputation and up to three nearby competitors, with up to five ranked fixes, quick wins and a 30-day plan. The optional Fix-It SOP is a separate step-by-step guide to those fixes. The free mini-audit covers the single biggest issue, one per business.
What it is and isn't
- A snapshot of public information on the date we checked. Areas we can't assess (for example follower activity, your listing dashboard and live ad campaigns) are marked as not assessed rather than guessed.
- The report doesn't include doing the fixes. Any call is optional and never required.
- No guarantee of results. The report points to what we think matters most, but we can't promise any change in traffic, leads, rankings or revenue.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything to do with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within one business day. Every report goes through automated quality checks before it's sent; a person steps in only if a check flags something.

Your use of the report
Your report is yours to use and share freely, with your team, your web person or anyone else. We keep the rights to our methods, checks, rubric and templates.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
